All Cadets and NCO’s are to attend a compulsory Drill team training At 7.00pm – 8.30pm This Thursday 6th of March and all Thursdays until the 28th of March. This is necessary for 38 SQN to be able to enter a drill team in the annual inter-squadron competition. Come in smart casual Civilian clothing and it is beneficial to wear drill shoes.

On Saturday 16th March between 1000hrs and 1300hrs the support committee is running a fundraiser at Bunnings warehouse Shirley. We will be selling whitebait sandwiches and hot dogs, as well as holding a cake stall. The cadets will be doing two drill demonstrations during the fundraiser.

We require all cadets to bring home baking hygienically sealed and ready for sale to parade on March 13th. We also require a number of cadets to help at the stall and throughout the day. The funds raised help subsidise the many expenses involved in running the unit, without which the annual fees would be substantially higher. Please contact Chris Donachie via email at porangilady1@hotmail.com if you are interested in helping out.

ALL NCO’s ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT

Thanks,
